Firstly, there was a little problem with our blogskin so the tagboard is temporarily unavailable. D: However, do tweet or email us with whatever enquiries you may have and we'll reply in less than 24hours. :)
Secondly, in case you haven't noticed :P we have been updating more frequently recently!!! This is due to the requests from some people over twitter and email so thank you very much for your valuable opinions. It really helps us to better understand and cater to your wants. :D So far, most items are concentrated on albums and DVDs but we are considering bringing in more official merchandise like badges, files and shirts. E.G Hoot shirts, SNSD/SHINee files, handphone charms etc. So please, for those who have been voicing out their opinions and requests to us, please do continue to do so and for those who haven't been telling us, we urge you to start now no matter what the item may be. We will definitely do our best to get it for you at as low prices as possible.
Right now, we have SEUNGRI - V album, SECRET -Shy boy album, JYJ- Music essay album, TEEN TOP - Transformation album, TAEYANG - Solar Concert DVD etc up for pre-order so scroll down and take a look! If you have noticed, our DP at the side has been changed so remember! 5 items and more ordered at one go = Discount/Special offers!!! So try to get your friends to order with you! It will be cheaper for all involved!

Fourthly, in reference to the autographing service we provide, usually, the additional cost starts at around $15 for one autograph and $2-$5 is added for each autograph from the 2nd one onwards. Hopefully, this answers some of your questions.
